Travel Tips
Know before you go!
With every trip, we learn better ways to travel!
- 1 carry-on bag only: ditch the heavy bags - no need to haul them up stairs (Europe has very few elevators), across bumpy cobblestone, or wait at airports (only to have airlines lose them); just take what you can carry & do laundry in a cheaper country, as you go. We travelled for 30 days with 1 carry-on bag each & sent out our laundry for $10 in Prague half-way through the trip. It came back clean & folded, and didn't take any valuable trip time!
- 2 pairs of footwear: sturdy well broken-in runners are you best friend for travel, but even they need a break or you'll get blisters - bring a pair of sturdy sandals or shoes what hit your foot at different spots, to switch between!
- 3 power bars: your flight is delayed or you find an amazing festival and don't want to leave, but your stomach is growling! Always pack a few power bars to keep the hangry at bay, so you can keep on travelling! Your travel partners will thank you!
